In 2017 I purchased a Jeep Renegade, within months of my purchase I started to have issues with the loss of oil. I had the vehicle in for service, for weeks at a time, and no one could find the problem. Then February 20th 2021 went to Jeep due to no oil on the dip stick, they changed the oil told me to drive 1,000 miles and come back. I drove 60 and the engine blew up. So I went on line and found LedbetterLaw. I filled out a questioner, and explained my problem, and quickly received a call from Tom Ledbetter. He felt I had an excellent case and would like to take on my case against Jeep.(Fiat, Chrysler,Jeep, Dodge). The vehicle was given a new engine 2 months later. Tom Ledbetter and Keily Deluis were diligent in handling my lawsuit against Jeep, who continued to drag their feet as long as they could. Tom kept pushing back, and told Jeep we are so ready to go to court.During this process I moved from California to Florida and My sister was now involved. She was given power of attorney and worked with Tom and Keily. Jeep finally settled, and the Jeep was surrendered may 5th 2023 ( 2 years & 2 months later). Keily Deluis was with my sister during the surrender and Tom was on the phone. We engaged with the firm to assist with our filing a Lemon Law suit against VW. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. I have worked with lawyers my entire career and rarely have I found someone as personable and likeable as Mr. Ledbetter, and Amie Jacoby. Mr. Ledbetter even came to our house to check in on the progress during inspection. They kept us informed during long waiting periods and the outcome was great! I would highly recommend this firm.
