I can honestly say, with this being my first major accident, Ms. Phyllis at Mabra Law was very kind and attentive. Very direct which I appreciated the most. Any time I called and reached out for an update I never felt like I was bother. The law firm as a whole were VERY professional and easy to talk to. I’m very grateful for Ms. Phyllis and all her hard work.

I am overly satisfied with the Mabra Law firm working with Mr J. Burch & Ms.Phyllis Bond She made sure to communicate with me in every step. I did not have to call to check my status I was notified immediately. What stood out the most was I thought this case was a total loss until they OVERLY did they part without these two i don’t know how I could have made this happen. Ms. Phyllis is the best! She makes you feel like family. To be truthful, I chose Mabra Law firm because of the reviews I read about her. I literally called the firm and asked to speak to her. She handled everything, from beginning to end. I didn't have to hunt her down, if I needed her she was there and she immediately took care of whatever concerns I had. In the end, talking to her became like talking to family. Getting rear ended was terrible but Mabra took great care of me. Phyllis is the best! BELIEVE the reviews about her, THEY ARE TRUE!

🚨 DO NOT HIRE MABRY LAW! 🚨update March 2026 as a tribute to my case I will constantly update this review to remind you all I have not forgotten. My experience with Mabry Law has been a complete disaster. I trusted them with my case nearly a year ago, misled by their online presence into thinking I was getting a team of professionals who would fight for me. Instead, I got nothing but incompetence and arrogance. Tiffany Morris-Brown, the attorney pictured above, was a nightmare to deal with. She was arrogant, unresponsive, and completely lacked energy in our rare conversations. In a YEAR, I only spoke with her TWO TIMES, and only because I demanded updates. Even worse, she finally admitted she had no expertise in handling my case and decided to hand it off to another firm! Why take on a case if you’re not qualified to see it through? To make things worse, I was shuffled between THREE case managers, resulting in constant miscommunication and zero continuity. This firm is an absolute joke. The video on their website is nothing but a lie – they are not attentive, they don’t fight for their clients, and they have no sense of urgency. If you want a law firm that will actually work for you, look elsewhere. Mabry Law is hands down the worst law firm I have ever dealt with.
