Been a client of Mcmillan Law Firm for about 4 1/2 years now due to the nature of my case. Mrs. Judy was very patient in helping me and my family with most of our issues concerning the case and trying to resolve them. This firm is far by the worse firm I have ever in life had to deal with. They don’t return calls, never in the office, always have an excuse on why they didn’t do something, and I have so many unbelievable charges that I have to be responsible for. I had so many different people handling my case that I can’t even count. This case was fought for 6 years due to COVID and true enough they got “ME” back $75,001.00 but with their legal fees and expenses and some of my doctor bills they took over $61,000.00 which over $40K went to the McMillian. I don’t recall seeing them in the hospital, nor do I recall them going to therapy. I have permanent damage to my left leg; I have several herniated discs and slight disability in my left arm as well. I trusted this law firm to lead me in the right direction and they lead me too NOWHERE but their bank account. They never went to court, always rescheduled due to them doing other things which is understandable but these so-called charges for cancelation of court reporters several times, their doctor friends that they referred me to and a lot of miscellaneous things is just ridiculous. Even after everything was over, I had to call several times for them to send me my finial check and was still getting the run around. I truly wish Martin Law firm would have never sent my case over to them to assist on handling my accident. I had several conversations with Chance and Jaqualine because I didn’t want them handling my case after one of the many people that was handling my case left their law firm and I was promised that they would keep me informed, call me at least once a month, as well as make sure my case was handled properly but what they didn’t tell me was they was going to make sure their pockets were lined, and I would pay the price. I know people often have their friends and family members do a good google review for them and anyone that gave them anything over a star must be someone they paid or asked to help them out. RUN FROM THIS FIRM they will mess over you.

It has been a pleasure working with Mr. and Mrs. McMillan and their staff regarding my case. Everyone has been attentive, professional, and was always concerned regarding my case and injury.
