It was just about 21 years ago that I was fortunate enough to meet Shannon Miller when my mother, then in hospice care, was at the end stage of her end-stage illness and, due to recent significant changes in our family’s situation, needed to make critical changes to her existing last will and testament . . . and to do so without delay.
