I could not recommend Lou Montone (The Montone Law Firm) more highly if you are in need of an employment or wrongful termination attorney. This recommendation also extends to his staff who were always courteous, efficient and professional anytime I spoke with them. I had a major issue with a former employer (a large Orlando based company) that had some unique complexities and contacted over a dozen law firms. All of my conversations were very brief and had one of two options- either they would not take on my case until I got a right to sue from the EEOC, or I would have to start paying $300-$400/hour to even talk to an attorney. That was until I called The Montone Law Firm. The first employee I spoke with spent over 30 minutes discussing my case and asking probing questions about the situation to gain a full understanding of the details. At the end of the call, he said he would discuss with Mr. Montone. Several days passed and I received a call from Attorney Montone (Lou). We spoke for close to an hour and he agreed to take my case. louis made the process super simple! being involved in a lawsuit can cause a lot stress and anxiety but his transparency was always accompanied by validation! He explained risk vs reward every phone call and kept me up to date even when we weren’t hearing any response from the other party! I would 100% recommend him and use his services again!
