CROOKS !! I had a very frustrating experience with this accident law firm. My accident was last August where i got struck by a car while riding my E-Scooter . I was clearly told that my costs and injury-related expenses would be covered by " No Fault Insurance", which gave me peace of mind during a difficult time. I even attended an appointment to continue receiving coverage. However, by the end of my case, they completely changed their position and told me I was not actually covered. The medical fees would be paid from my settlement. Things got fishy when Mr. Sears tried to negotiate the fee amount. In the end, they ended up taking more than 50% cut. This lack of honesty and transparency put me in a tough financial situation and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I relied on the information they gave me, and it turned out to be misleading. If you’re considering working with this firm, just pass. My real rating would be NO STAR. IN REPLY TO YOUR MESSAGE. am writing regarding the repeated phone calls I have been receiving from your office. Please be advised that I will not be discussing this matter over unrecorded phone calls. Moving forward, I request that all communication be conducted either through email or on a recorded line so there is clear proof and proper documentation of all conversations and statements made regarding this matter. I also want it clearly documented that I have retained proof of prior communications with your firm, including emails and text messages, concerning the understanding that the “No-Fault” coverage would fully cover me. At no point during the case of this matter was I informed that there was allegedly no coverage or any issue regarding coverage. The first time your firm disclosed that there was supposedly no coverage was only after the check had already been issued and the case was closed. This information was not communicated transparently or in a timely manner, despite prior representations and discussions indicating otherwise. For the sake of accuracy and accountability, I have proof sharing that I asked repeatedly if I was covered.
