Very disappointed with my experience. I spent over 25 minutes on the phone providing details and was repeatedly told someone would call me back—Thursday, then again Monday and Tuesday—after giving the same information multiple times that was not very easy for a widow. I received a missed call at 4:56 PM asking me to return it, but I was being admitted to the hospital and couldn’t answer. When I followed up this morning, I was simply told they couldn’t help me. This could have been stated in the voicemail. The lack of professionalism, follow-through, and empathy is extremely disappointing.
