Very disappointed with my experience. I spent over 25 minutes on the phone providing details and was repeatedly told someone would call me back—Thursday, then again Monday and Tuesday—after giving the same information multiple times that was not very easy for a widow. I received a missed call at 4:56 PM asking me to return it, but I was being admitted to the hospital and couldn’t answer. When I followed up this morning, I was simply told they couldn’t help me. This could have been stated in the voicemail. The lack of professionalism, follow-through, and empathy is extremely disappointing.

I'd give a hundred stars if I could! Christa Carpenter is one of the most wonderful people we have ever interacted with. She is incredibly kind, understanding, passionate, and dedicated with unparalleled professionalism. She has gone above and beyond on every single step along the way, winning our case quickly and effortlessly! I could not recommend a better firm!!! I've already recommended her, and I always will because she has been such a beautiful silver lining to our otherwise heartbreaking situation. Thank you, Christa and team!!!

After putting my trust in doctors and suffering a devastating outcome, I sought legal advice. I was IMMEDIATELY turned down by at least 3 well-known law firms, including the family-owned, high-powered, suit-and-tied, private-jet-on-the-tarmac firm. They couldn’t have turned me away any quicker. I then found Carpenter & Zelusta (Patients Law Firm), I explained my circumstances to Christa and she was very quickly interested in taking my case. I found her to be empathetic and professional as well as tenacious. Eric Zelusta later joined our team and I have to say, I always felt like we were in great hands. If you need someone to advocate for YOU, Carpenter & Zelusta were always attentive and proactive and fought for us like we were family. My family and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I cannot recommend them enough. Christa was there for my family at a very difficult time. She was upfront with me about the process and was there for us the entire way. With Christa, you have not only a lawyer, but a nurse as well, so she can see your case from all angles. Other law firms, who we thought were for the people, were unfortunately not. They wanted the easiest and quickest cases. Christa saw that our case had merit and was willing to take it on, knowing it would take years to conclude. Eric joined the firm halfway through the case and was also fantastic to work with. Together, Christa and Eric were able to see my case through to the end. My attorneys were amazing! They are thorough and do their best to return my calls in a timely manner. They were always empathetic and transparent and were always knowledgeable in regards to what I could expect. This is a top notch firm with a very professional staff, if you are looking to hire a lawyer look no further. I have nothing negative to say about this firm they told me how they could help and never promise me anything, but all I can say is that they met or exceeded all my expectations.
