The attorney’s name is Austin. He is communicated with me consistently kept me in the loop on everything that is going on with my case. I highly recommend this law firm if you’re having issues that they can solve or handle and like I said, the person‘s name is Austin who is my representative, and I rate him above five stars

This review is about a year over-due, but Craig Patrick and Austin Langford deserve every star they earned in this review. They swiftly and professionally handled a lemon law case for my Panamera Turbo which was purchased in Los Angeles, serviced in Dallas and driven in Louisiana- without ever going to court. They even recovered costs for improvements I made on the car such as; built-in radar detector and window tint. Because Craig & Austin left matters on such a positive note with Porsche, I'm considering purchasing another one.

So I recently purchased a 2024 Chevy Trax for my daughter. Not even a few months into ownership, the vehicle began having issues with the power windows , the infotainment center, & electronic dashboard. After the dealership’s numerous attempts to fix the issues, I decided GM must be held accountable and contacted the Patrick Law Firm. Craig & Austin did a fantastic job representing me against a Corporate Giant who initially refused to compensate me appropriately for their faulty product. I had a call with Austin in October 2023 at the Patrick Law firm with some questions about manufacturer buyback versus filing a lemon law claim. Austin gave me incredible advice such that I was able to negotiate with Lincoln and increase the amount from the manufacturer buyback for my Aviator. Austin was patient, courteous, and so very helpful even though I ended up not needing to retain a lawyer. Hopefully I never find myself in ownership of another lemon, but if I do, Patrick Law Firm will be the first place that I call.

Craig and his team worked very hard to get my wife and I a very fair settlement for our 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe above the dollar amount we expected.
