Matthew Payne went over and beyond with selling my parents home. Both my parents needed to move, one to a nursing home and the other to assisted living. We lived out of state and had a POA. Matthew turned a stressful time into an stress-free experience.
We were touched by his professionalism. He was patient, easy to reach, empathetic and understanding. He was able to set up a remote closing for us which we were happy to have.
We highly recommend and are grateful for all of Matthew’s help through this journey.

Matthew Payne represented the OTHER party, however I wanted to leave him a review because I was highly impressed with his work. He is very fair, informative, kind and understanding with us and went above and beyond to help us anyway he could. He did this while maintaining advocacy for his clients who ultimately won their case. I believe if we had retained him we could’ve had a different outcome. I would certainly recommend him for all your legal concerns
