Mr. Preston is very slow responding to correspondence and never seemed to quite get on board with resolving my parents' estate. Billing is excessive for the small amount of work performed. I would have been much better off with no legal representation, as his presence caused great expense and no benefit. Overall, I cannot recommend this lawyer.
