When my Brother died without a will I was at a complete loss as how to proceed. When I met with Lorenzo Stoller, he assured me that Probate house would walk me though everything and they did. My wife and I are in our early 70ies and felt it was high time to get our personal affairs in order and arrange for an Estate Plan, i.e. a Living Trust, Will, Health Care Directive and so on. Not having had the need for an Attorney in the past we started Cold Turkey. After a number of phone interviews and a few personal consultation visits we were less than thrilled.
