The receptionist was nice but Romero, himself is judgemental. Contacted hoping to briefly confirm whether my complex situation would be a good fit before paying another NON-REFUNDABLE consultation fee. Rather than listening or asking clarifying questions, he was quick to be defensive and critical that its a “red flag”. Then to over-powered the call with contradictions, gaslighting and hanging up rudely. The interaction felt judgmental and unnecessarily hostile. Clearly lack soft skills and strategies when dealing with potential clients
