I'm starting to realize you have to look a certain way to get attorney assistance. Certain demographics are literally ostracized from my obtaining legal assistance. Sichta is no different.
It's sad that someone would go this far because they could not take my honest opinion. I stated I would remove the review if I was wrong about his character, this is after he said hed take a look. It's clear I'm not wrong about Sicta based on how he would not be forthcoming. I never asked for free, I asked for help. That's defamation of character
Truth is, you treated me less then and got upset because I left a review. Thank you for proving my point. I hope no one else experience this.You attempted to bully me by use of gaslighting and manipulation tactics, it won't work. Treat people with decency!

This person demanded we answer her questions for free, and when we did not answer these questions in 11 hours (we had no obligation to answer her because she is not a client) she wrote this 1 star review, falsely accusing us of being racist, manipulation, gaslighting, and so on. This is the world we live in now – people that want to cause harm to other people because they want to maintain their identity as a false victim. It’s unfortunate that if you decide pick up the phone in today’s world to try help someone, and provide them advice, they ignore the advice, and proceed to publish false claims about your Firm when you don’t entertain them any longer. <br><br> She also attempted to coerce us with stating she change her review if we would give her “the benefit of the doubt” and continue to answer all her questions to her satisfaction, as well as reading any documents she had emailed. This is her quote to us about it: <br><br> "I asked you to give me the benefit of the doubt. You didn't I shared my experience. If you are willing to actually hear me sure and I'm willing to change my review if I'm wrong."<br><br> In other words, someone who is not a client, who we never met, is demanding we answer her questions within a certain subjective time only known to her, and our answers must be acceptable to her, otherwise there will be hell to pay.<br><br> The bizarre situation got more bizarre after we informed her that she could be liable for making these false statements as they are knowingly and intentionally false. Instead of removing her review, she stated entitled to post whatever she wanted, dared us to sue her, and called us more names. <br><br>We understand this person is probably suffering in some way, but this is not the right way to find an attorney. Her review infers she is having trouble finding an attorney, and hopefully she reads this review and understands why. However, we still have to take these false allegations seriously, as we have built a career assisting all walks of life. We will be sending her a cease and desist letter with a request to remove this false review, and we have contacted Google, reported it as such, and have requested its removal. <br><br>Thank you,<br>The Sichta Firm<br>
