I shared this number with my family member who called for a consultation. They took his information and did not call back. When he called back they claimed he never gave all his information so he did again. This time received a call back and instead of a consultation was asked one question, which he already provided answer twice to before then was abruptly told they could not help. Disappointed. This could have been handled better.
Not only are they a very congenial group but they think of everything regarding wills and trusts.

I shared this number with my family member who called for a consultation. They took his information and did not call back. When he called back they claimed he never gave all his information so he did again. This time received a call back and instead of a consultation was asked one question, which he already provided answer twice to before then was abruptly told they could not help. Disappointed. This could have been handled better.
