Although a dismissal would’ve been nice, I’ll take the adjudication withheld for a BS speeding ticket, so no points on my record. Didn’t even have to go to court they did it all. I’ll take it, thanks Ticket Clinic!

The last two times I contracted their service, they set my case on pretrial for adjudication withheld. While this resulted in no points on my license, a conviction still appeared on my driving record. They routinely set cases at pretrial so they don’t have to attend court a second time. Afterward, they send a letter saying they are “pleased to inform” you that adjudication was withheld, presenting it as a positive outcome. In reality, this outcome still shows as a conviction on my driving record, which was not what I expected or agreed to. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from this service.
