Experience has been great
My name is Carlos Familia and I am very disappointed with my experience with this law firm. The insurance company has already paid the settlement, and although I have received two partial disbursements, I am still waiting for the remaining funds after more than 6 months. Each time I ask for an update, I am told they are waiting for a response from a supervisor, but no clear explanation or timeline has been provided. At this point, it feels like the case is being unnecessarily delayed even though the funds appear to already be in their possession. This entire process has been stressful and frustrating. I understand that legal and administrative matters can take time, but better communication, transparency, and a clear explanation of the delay would have made a big difference. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
