Excellent customer service and customer service

It's been over a year and I haven't received any response regarding my case. They made every possible mistake with my case, and now I don't have a single penny. I could have gone to another lawyer and at least received some payment, something that would have helped me recover some of my money. At first, they call you relentlessly, even getting annoyed if you can't answer during work hours. But after I assume they have your money, they disappear. Don't hire this lawyer. They call and promise you the money, and naturally, you accept. Then they call and say it will be less money, then they promise again that it will be in two weeks, then in a month. Well, it's been over a year and I still don't have my money. I can say that I've been scammed. Does anyone know if I can report them? Can I receive legal assistance for my case? I appreciate your comments. By the way, they have such a good rating because they force you to give them 5 stars to start your case. I imagine no one takes the time to come back and tell the truth afterward.

The initial contact was excellent, but after that I never heard from them again. Update: They changed my case manager to Jorge Pinel, and everything started working out. His commitment, attention, and dedication to my case are evident. I hope things continue this way until the case is resolved.
