I had no experience with this law group prior to 7/1/25. I represented the seller in this transaction. Unfortunately, one of my sellers ended up in the hospital during our scheduled closing time. First of all, Ashanti was AMAZING! She got to work to solve our challenge! We managed to schedule our part of the signing at the hospital by David Sutton. I was blown away by their level of service! Our buyers were Korean and Claire was able to explain the contract to the buyers in their language of choice which provided great comfort in what they were signing. All parties were also concerned for my clients health which was much appreciated. Claire made our closing feel like so much more than just a closing. She was very sincere, and so extremely professional. I highly recommend this firm for your real estate closings. Thanks to all who were involved in making our closing happen as scheduled!

this is probably my worst closing situation i came across. The story is we use this firm as our previous house closing back to couple years ago, at that moment their price is reasonable. So this time when we are looking for closing lawyer, this one become one of our options. We send out email to get quote with several laywer, and this one gives us a lowest closing cost so we filter out all others and keep it as our final one. However, once everything settle down, they send new quote to the loan broker without informing me. And I found the new quote when I review the CD. And i emailed them again, their reply is they feel sorry about their mistakely put the wrong data number into the first quote. And the new quote actually not very competitive to other lawyers we filter out first time. But that moment is too late for us to change lawyer. SO we have to engage them. I think they play some kind of trick to give a cheaper price for attracting people. After deciding engaged with them, they change the new quote. And their serive is just did what they should do. We even have to contact HOA again after they file the document to open account, since they said that's not their responsibility anymore. SO totally we paid more than 5000$ just for staying 2 hours. And that day we have to wait abut 1 hr to let the group before us finish their closing even we went their on time.
