After talking w several accident injury attorneys and getting a weird vibe from them all, I came across Thomas Law and immediately had a much different experience. Upon meeting them, I felt heard and I felt cared for. I wasn’t just a $$$ opportunity for them which was the experience I had with many others. They get it. The client experience is and should be most important especially during a stressful times. I walked away from the initial consultation feeling genuinely cared about and the decision was easy. Just called Thomas Law to set up a consolation as I had some questions I was hoping they would be able to help me with. The guy that answered was extremely rude and answered the phone "Law Office" I said "hello how are you doing " just trying to be courteous and got no response. Then he said louder "LAW OFFICE" and honestly it threw me off guard on how rude he was. I didn't know how do you respond. So basically I just said never mind and hung up the phone. I get it stress can get to us all but maybe don't advertise looking for clients or hire someone friendlier with some people skills to answer the phone. I don't know how well they do their job but if it's anything like the person answering the phone I would seek help elsewhere.
