Caring, down-to-Earth, compassionate, take the time to listen and also explain how to do what is best for the individual. Prices are fair, they make things convenient for the client, and everyone is pleasant to work with. They were so kind to come to our house for signing due to my elderly parents having issues getting to and from the office. I will continue to use this firm for years to come, and recommend to others who need assistance with estate planning. Thank you so much, Thompson & Fernald, P.A.
