Alex and team made selling my house a smooth, easy process. Selling my home was a new experience for me and they spent time answering all my questions and walked me through the process. There was no stress with selling my home because of this experienced team. I would highly recommend them!

Patti, the legal assistant, was absolutely amazing. She was thorough, pleasant, incredibly responsive, and always made us feel supported and protected throughout the entire process. It truly felt like she had our back every step of the way.

We worked with Alex and his team as the real estate attorneys for the purchase of our home in McHenry County, and had a great experience throughout the process. Alex was our primary point of contact and helped guide us through contract review, inspection and financing contingency timelines, and the various legal documents involved in the transaction. As first-time home buyers, it was reassuring to have someone clearly explain what certain provisions meant and what to expect at each stage.
As we approached closing, Alex coordinated closely with the lender and the seller’s attorney to keep everything on track. When it came time to schedule the closing appointment, his wife Jacie also stepped in to help coordinate logistics and make sure they could accommodate our preferred closing time. It was a great example of the advantages of working with a family firm since everyone was invested in making sure the process went smoothly.
