Thanks for calling, Austin. There are some important things workers comp adjusters do not tell injured workers so I'm happy to provide (free) advice early on in the claim process. If the adjuster denies a part of your claim, I have lots of litigation experience and am happy to with that piece too, if needed.

Often (or always), workers comp adjusters will not tell injured workers about the importance of gathering certain evidence (written work restrictions), keeping copies, not quitting the job, and that the injured worker has a right to change doctors, etc.

Very knowledgeable attorney. He made the adoption process so easy. Ours was a very complicated adoption. He was very easy to reach via telephone and kept us informed through the entire process. He was very affordable and personable. Highly recommend.
