How we compiled this: CrashStory aggregates public Google reviews, Colorado crash records from CDOT and local agencies, and firm-provided profile data. We do not endorse any firm. Review intelligence scores are derived from automated sentiment and theme analysis of public reviews — treat them as one signal among many, not a verdict.

*was not soliciting for business. If he would’ve just taken 2 seconds to listen to me instead of assume he’d know that Called to ask him some questions and he said he “didn’t have time for it” he said he’s pretty much retired and was frankly quite rude. I wouldn’t waste your time, money or breath on him.
I was very relieved to get very helpful information for future planning with my mom and I will definitely be using this attorney!

This person was soliciting for business. It’s hard to get away from sales and marketing people.

Mr. Williams took his time and expertise to answer some Medicaid questions that I had. He gave valuable advice on how to navigate and communicate within the Utah Medicaid system. It was greatly appreciated!

I contacted Timothy with some questions about my fathers eligibility for Medicaid and a New Choice Waiver. Timothy spent 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining the process, answering questions, and giving me pointers. The information I received was priceless. I asked if I needed to hire him to get thru the process. He very honestly stated that in my particular case I should be able to do this on my own, but to feel free to contact him again with any questions. My overall impression of Timothy is that he is very knowledgeable in these subjects, and is a very honest and helpful person. Thanks again Timothy!

Thanks Brian. I'm happy to answer any further questions you might have. This is a complicated "governmental red tape" area for unsuspecting folks to deal with.

My wife and I contacted attorney Williams as we wanted to update our trust, discuss elder law issues and Medicaid concerns. Our first interaction was via phone and attorney Williams was very thorough and answered many of our questions to the point that we felt confident with his legal expertise and command of Elder law issues. We scheduled an in-person meeting which was extremely instructive with regard to our options, pros and cons of those options and follow up steps. Attorney William's is incredibly well prepared and gave us a list of items/documents and templates we needed to gather to complete the process. We followed up with a second in-person meeting where he explained each and every page listed in the trust, power of attorney, advanced health care directives, trust transfer documents, etc. Attorney Williams wanted to ensure complete accuracy and our full understanding of the components of the trust. This was crucial for us as we wanted our last wishes to be fully represented in this estate planning process. We are very appreciative of attorney William's vast knowledge, kindness, professionalism and expediency. We fully recommend attorney Williams to expertly manage any issues related to elder law, Medicaid and estate planning.

Tim Williams was recommended to us by a friend that my son worked with. His family had dealt with the same issues that we were having, So we decided to give Tim a call and it was the best decision I ever made. I was trying to take care of my wife dementia on my own and it was finally taking it's toll on me, so I just had to do something to help my wife (Rosie) and give me some peace of mind. When my son met with Tim he explained everything in detail to make it easy for us to understand and how difficult some things could be. We did what he suggested and was able to my wife on medicaid and the help she needed. Tim became her advocate to do the medicaid yearly review. My wife is doing fine, but her memory has slightly gotten worse, but she still remember who we are and then COVID happened and we could only do window visits or talk to her on the phone, which was hard. Now we can visit again and even take her out to the park or home or just drive her around so she can relax and she different places. We are very thankful that Tim was there for us. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Thanks John Norman Sr.

I reached out to Tim regarding a situation with my mother and long term care. There was a lot of anxiety regarding her financial situation. Tim called me and was willing to talk to me for several minutes asking about the situation. He then provided me the insight I needed to put my mind at ease. He was very cordial to talk to and very informed. Thank you Tim!

My mother became ill last year and needed to be moved to a long—term health care facility. My son referred Tim Williams to us to hire as an attorney. With everything going on, his expertise and hard work gave us the ability to navigate a tough situation. He was able to help us through the Medicaid process while still protecting her assets. He also drew us up a trust when we only had a will in place a week before she passed. He was always available on demand, and took time and care to explain what was happening and how to work through complex government regulations. We couldn’t recommend his services more, if you find yourself or a loved one in similar situation, you will alleviate a lot of hassle and stress by hiring Tim.

For those looking for assistance from an good elder law attorney: My initial contact with Tim Williams was quite by chance in finding a stray brochure at a local care facility. At our first meeting Tim answered every question on my four pages before a I was even able to ask questions. Tim's knowledge of the Medicaid system helped me prepare for the extensive application process. He walked me through the frustrating process of gathering and submitting all the Medicaid system required to achieve eligibility for my loved one. His work for me didn't stop with eligibility as Tim was more than happy to assist me in problem solving that continued long after his financial obligation to me was complete. Ray Lewis
