I highly reccomend Mark. I worked with him to form a single member LLC. I was new to business formation, but he was responsive and walked me through the process. His fees are fair and transparent. From intake call to filing with the state everything went smoothly and efficiently.
I worked with mark in janurary and he did a fantastic job. Unfortunately when covid hit I lost my job and had tremendous financial hardship. Mark found it in his heart to give me a break on my bill. I cant say just how much that means to my family! Thanks again for being an amazing lawyer!!
