I had the privilege of working with Karl Jackson for his doctor searches. He was exceptionally easy to communicate with, highly articulate, and ensured that all information was presented clearly, accurately, and comprehensively. His professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to explain complex matters in a straightforward way made the process seamless and efficient. I was in a fairly severe accident on Novermber 10, 2025 where I was t-boned by an inattentive driver. I had full body trauma, fractured patella, pseudo-anuerysm, head trauma, bruising everywhere and a lot of pain. Tofer and Associates took care of everything...doctors, cars, bills, everything. It definitely made it easier to just heal and not be on the phone dealing with the numerous details. By April 2026 I had my settlement check. I was very pleased with the service, response time and job they did handling my case and would highly recommend. I worked directly with Bon Jovi Celestial and he was fantastic!!!

Lelaine was a great help during the property loss portion of the claim she got my car fixed for me in a week with a rental it went from a total loss from their insurance determination to being able to have my car back. I seen a lot of mixed reviews from Tofer and associates online but I have to say I am pleasantly surprised and hope they continue to surprise me with a great work that they have done so far I appreciate everything and know that I have a good team on my side.
