Great firm, great communications and keep me informed on every step of the way. Jason was an outstanding attorney and got a reduction on the first court date. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you and your team.

I had a Dwi 3 years ago..my appointed lawyer was great..I had no complaints and would recommend until I got a letter in the mail demanding more money, 3 years later. I have all the proof that I paid all payments agreed upon. The last payment Tom Anelli"s collection department did not take the full payment to close my account balance, 3 years later I get a bill for 1875 dollars...I am so confused how this is possible. Of course the person I dealt with for my payments is no longer there, nor is the lawyer that represented me. I have to wonder if this is how Tom Anelli conducts business to get more money from clients? You can not imagine how shocked I was to receive a letter demanding money and threatening to take me to court 3 years later.

Extremely satisfied with how Caleb represented me…. Even though we couldn’t get what we originally wanted he got a deal that worked for me and my schedule/life….. he explained everything to a tee. 👍
It was a great help pertaining to my case with Tom Anelli & Associates. Having Emmett Nichols and Sandra Alrabaa taking a personal interest in my case and fighting for the best outcome which was a great help. Definitely pleased with the outcome. They are the team I’d recommend to anyone in need of dire help like I did. Really helpful, understanding and transparent. Thank you very much for all you both did in handling my case.

This took me a long time to write as the middle of November 2024 holds one of the worst days of my life, the day I made my worst mistake. I got into an accident, thankfully no one else was injured in the accident except myself.
After my accident I knew I needed to seek professional legal council. I contacted the office of DWI Tom Anelli, and I had an intake appointment, and shortly after was connected with Lawyer Jason Barringer. From the very first time I spoke with Jason, and explained exactly what had happened that day in November, and what led up to it he listened attentively, answered all my questions promptly, and never lied about the possible outcome of my case.
I explained to Jason the first time I spoke with him that I am a registered nurse, and I worked so hard to become one, and highly value my career helping others so I was very worried about repercussions to my nursing license depending on conviction. I had multiple court dates, 5 or 6 to be exact, and Jason took the time to speak with the DA and try to get me the best outcome possible. At first, it appeared there was only a sliver of hope to get the charges reduced. That didn’t stop Jason, he kept in contact with the DAs office and even Assistant DA to try to get another meeting to discuss my case.
In the end Jason got another meeting, another chance to represent me. His dedication, persistence, compassion, and knowledge as a Lawyer, and human being gave me the best gift I could have hoped for, a drastic reduction in my charges. Based on the final conviction, it was not something that would impact my nursing license at all thankfully. Jason provided guidance, and a calmness I needed in such a chaotic time in my life. I truly can’t thank Jason enough for what he did for my life, how he fought for me, and was my voice in rooms I could not enter to explain who I truly am, and what I care deeply about.
I HIGHLY recommend DWI Tom Anelli’s office and especially Lawyer Jason Barringer! Everyone on the staff from the lawyers to the office personnel were nothing but kind, punctual, helpful, and friendly. If you are reading this, you or someone you know is likely going through one of the worst times of their lives, you don’t have to do it alone, turn to their office for help and guidance. I can say I put my trust and hope in Jason and he did nothing but deliver the best outcome we could hope for in my case!
Brandon and the rest of the team were great from start to finish. Never felt out of the loop or anything. Anything DWI related go to them you won’t be disappointed

I can’t say enough about how well everything turned out for me by putting my trust into Tom Anelli and associates. My case was handled perfectly by Jason Barringer as my acting attorney who really came through and turned what could have been a very bad outcome into a super successful defense with an amazing outcome that was better than I ever could have imagined. Thank you so much to Tom and Jason and Celena for doing an incredible job, I really appreciate everything you have done for me. If you’re in a jam, call Tom Anelli, you won’t be disappointed. 👍
Had the pleasure with working with Brandon. Very professional, very direct, and gets the job done. I had a rather difficult case. He had found a way for me to keep my career. Highly recommend.
