Matt represented our condomonium association in a lawsuit against the developer and one of its principals for unpaid 2015/2016 property taxes on certain incompleted units, which the association had to pay to avert foreclosure by the county. Matt was thorough in the legal claims filed in the lawsuit, which resulted in a negotiated settlement from the defendants.
