If I could I rate -100000 I would. Do not go through these people. Save your money and time because these lawyers do not care about their clients. Their form of communication is terrible, I’ve gone weeks without any update and then when I called to address and fix the communication issue they showed the utmost attitude. The professionalism at this office is comical.
They are undoubtedly very professional and attentive. I am very grateful to TORKLAW for resolving my case. Thank you… Diana and Karen, you were always attentive to everything I needed throughout my entire process… all my needs were met, and the process was quick. Thanks to God and to you, the case was successful. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🫶

It began ok, that was 4 months ago, now I text then and takes for ever to get a response! They said I could call them any time but receptionist said they were tending to a call and would return my call asap? I guess they are still tending that call? This was on 11/21/25 today is Monday 11/24/25!
Up to my head in debt about to go into 2 months not being able to pay my rent, lost work and looks like I’m getting little to no compensation for an accident that I was not at fault!.
I trusted this firm with my accident but now I know I chose wrong!

Went to the Torklaw booth at the DMG event I came from Chicago and they gave me amazing info about whaat I need if I ever get in an accident ima for sure go to torklaw!

If I could leave zero stars I would…. In no way did I submit ANY sort of paperwork that I need help with an accident and they have been NON STOP spam calling AND texting me at alll hours of the day and night. You’d think if they didn’t hear back within 48 hours that LAWYERS would be smart enough to put two and two together and leave someone alone or assume they got help elsewhere but nope.. 8 days now and they’re still at it. Straight up harassment. HIGHLY SUGGEST SEEKING HELP FROM ANYONE BUT THEM

from the day and got into the accident everybody has been very nice and helpful. They have been available to answer any questions . I found out about this law firm when they had a booth set up at a boxing match. I'm very glad I made the choice for them to represent me. I have 100% confidence in the job that they're doing for my case.
