Tosi law firm Is so amazing hassle, free lawyers that get your case done right Min Koo is so amazing she got me way more money, then I ever thought I would get.🙏 And Louise and all the people at Tosi we’re so helpful. So if you’re thinking of getting a law firm, I would definitely go with Tosi law.

It says "Tosi Law LLC" right there. Have you seen any other law firm structured as an LLC? I don't think so. Because it is NOT PERMITTED by the California Bar Association (in their defense, I don't think Tosi Law is actually structured as an LLC. Their website used to have a photo of their front doors that clearly said "Tosi Law LLP.") I can't fathom why they would repeatedly make that gross error. Makes you wonder other aspects of the law they're ignoring or unaware of (like not being recognized as a business entity by both the California and Georgia Secretaries of State.) And here's an "Oh, by the Way." If they are actually an LLC, do LLC's have Partners? The guy who calls himself the business owner told me one of his "partners" would get back to me. I'm like "one of your business partners in the LLC? Your website shows ONE other attorney working with you. Tosi Law has been incredibly quiet in the three years since we retained them for the Roundup/Monsanto/Bayer Class Action. This review is to urge potential clients to go elsewhere.

This is the first time, and hopefully my last that I've had to deal with something of this magnitude. Tosi has been in contact with me from the beginning. We retained the Tosi Law Firm in August of 2022, and have NOT ONCE in the two years and 4 months since then received any sort of update on the status of the case. I decided to hire a different attorney, but the Tosi Law Firm is refusing to provide me a Letter of Disengagement. I notice the Tosi Law Firm web page does not provide an attorney license number, and Tosi Law Firm cannot be found on the CA Secretary of State Business Search web page. I'm not even sure they can legally do business in the State of California.

As we would have shared with you, given the opportunity, Tosi Law does not represent you directly and was not able to share information with you until permission to speak with you was given by the actual client. Our case file reflects multiple conversations with our case managers. Regular litigation update letters have been emailed as well; however, they would have gone to the client. One of the firm’s attorneys will contact the client regarding disengaging from the firm. We apologize for any frustration you have experienced over this, but I hope you understand that we have ethical responsibilities related to communicating case-specific information to anyone other than the firm’s client.<br>

Been dealing with these folks since 4/23 and any time I enquirer about what’s going on with the case I get a reply about how much money someone else has received but never any update regarding my own case.Im really starting to have tons of questions regarding the legitimacy of the cases and if anything is truly being tried.I have endured 2 separate rounds of treatments,haven’t been able to work since 2/23 due to treatments and lingering side effects,and have built up tons of medical debt aside from what I owe the insurance company Cigna.Do your homework before you decide to go down this rabbit hole I sure wish I would have
