I have had horrible customer service/communication and the turn over of staff has been wild as my case has been tossed and turned to multiple people. Still waiting on a result since 2019. I have to email and basically beg for a response from them.

They routinely receive less than other firms in the same class action suites. Everyone that used other firms have received their money. Tracey fox has assigned a third party to hold it, and blames them for not issuing the check. Tracey fox will not return phone calls. Once you agree to using their services, good luck communicating. 14 months ago I was told my check was in the mail. I call monthly but haven’t heard from anyone in nearly a year now. Tracey fox did not care about facts. They were more interested in making a quick case rather than justice. Update- after ignoring my emails and phone calls for the last year, they emailed me today. Asked if I had received my check. How the hell do they not know who they paid? The truth is likely they held checks to gain revenue on interest, and now pretend they sent the funds. They also sent small portions to the highest tiers to gain compliance and accept low offers… Update 2- months passed by and now they contact me again. They’ve sent a check equal of 10% of what I was entitled to. They’ve also itemized a bill finally two years after settlement. 40% plus a ton of additional fees and service charges. In other words, it’s much closer to 50% than 40 and somehow it’s my fault that they won’t communicate with me and taken two years to pay me 10%

It's been 1yr in May and I believe my case has done been settled and now I'm just getting the run around. In the beginning they were great. Now, they didn't get my notorized release that I sent in March that I need to resend it. That they're still trying to reduce my bills after they told me my case that was in the final stages for accounting to review. I feel it's Excuse after Excuse and they've done been paid!

I want to thank this law firm for all their hard word and dedication to me as their client and how smoothly things went over the couple of years but patience is a virtue and it was all worth the wait. They handled everything with total excellence, Christina Washington was absolutely awesome. Thank you for handling my case and getting me the well deserved settlement I deserved you made my life better and I was able to heal and live forward. God bless you all🙏🏼

This law office is a rip off. They took almost a year to complete a simple car accident case at which the other person was at fault. Not to mention, they took a hefty fee of 40% and not the industry standard of 33 1/3 and for some reason I had to do a lot of the legwork, their communication was terrible and after they got their check, they stopped communicating with me. I wouldn’t recommend anybody go to this law office.

I had the pleasure of working with Lance Walters . From the moment I contacted them, their team was incredibly red and extremely professional. The paralegal Daniel Olivio was extremely understanding and patient with me throughout my case. My case took about a year to resolved and I am extremely happy with the outcome! I highly recommend this law firm to anyone who would need them.

Sean Fox and His Paralegal Alexandria have been nothing but unprofessional and Rude. I have Cancer and am sick almost of the time. They have charged me interest on small loans for a case that has is settled but I still haven't got Paid yet!!! He won't take my calls, nor call me Back. This firm is Evil how they do sick clients 😦 😔 I wish I would have known.

I have to brag about my attorney Lance Walters,Daniel Olivio,and his colleagues simply because I saw a negative review on this firm being bias to minorities.I am an African American female and a current client. I have to say he keeps me in the know about my case,he makes sure I get the best medical treatment,not only does he go above and beyond his practice,he treats you like family and he is very transparent about everything.I trust him wholeheartedly.If it wasn't for this firm,I probably wouldn't be reviewing now.I won't go into details because it's ongoing but to say the least,Lance is a man of God.I can't express my gratitude in words enough to describe the feeling.Just know my guy doesn't accept no wooden nickles,he is the truth and the way.Try him for yourself.

Tracy Fox & Walters was an amazing helping hand through the wrongful death of my husband. Lance Walters kept me informed 24/7 through this terrible and necessary process.
