Was referred by Bar Association that they would be able provide information for me regarding malpractice potential. Upon calling I was immediately asked a few questions but before being able to finish I was cut off and rudely explained the costs and that if this wasn’t a half a million dollar case it wasn’t worth their time. I very much respect people’s time and appreciated the referral to them from the Bar Association but I didn’t expect nor appreciate the way I was spoken to and interrupted consistently. I was not trying to to tell the entire story but 3-5 level facts and I got through 1 before being interrupted. Just sad to be treated this way when the point of calling is medical malpractice and so clearly I have some health stuff happening and if there is no empathy now during a phone call then they would not be the level of legal care I would want. Clearly chasing the dollar and not focused at all on how every day actions impact people. Including their own anctions and how they speak to others who are not calling because life is good but calling to seek legal council because life is bad. UPDATE-after listing the review I received a call from Mr. Geller asking why I wrote such a review and when I explained what had occurred he was surprised and asked me to take the review down. Unfortunate that I did not speak to him first as he seemed to want to protect his reputation and I respect that as it does appear to be good. Hence why I followed up with the referral from the Bar Association and called them. The reviews all looked great. But that was not my experience with one of the partners in this office. My experience was complete disrespect and clearly I wasn’t worth their time unless it was a half a million dollar case. Which they’ll never know since I was unable to communicate anything about my case with the right person who might have cared enough to just listen.
