I feel like Shannon is very unprofessional. I have only spoke with her about my case one time and that’s when I hired her other than that they never reached out to me about my case. I always had to call them and the only person that I’ve spoke to during these two years was Zach. This is the longest that one of my cases has ever took so for me if I had to use her again would I the answer would be no absolutely not and by the way, my case Still have not been settled, but I’ve received letters from the insurance company saying that they paid out, but I have heard nothing from the insurance company

I am changing my review of this law office. I was introduced to Trauma Law literally the day after the accident. The firms has kept me and my family members involved in the accident in the dark , lied to us about the money from the insurance company, sent us to outside facilities that overcharged for treatments, CT scans and from the letter she sent to the attorney we were trying to hire stating that she has sought ethnic counseling tells me that she knows what she has and is still doing is unethical. I have run out of patience with this law office and she has now forced me to take this to the next level. informed throughout the entire process. Shanna, never met us in office by sitting down with us to even discuss the process or what to expect. My previous review was based on what I perceived as a normal process but once the payment letters were sent out that was when the red flags started making sense. The checks were issued in October and this is now December and we still haven’t received anything especially my minor nephew she kept his check and so she has said put it in a trust account.
