Jim was recommended to me by my own lawyer brother who practices Family Law but not Personal Injury as my case would be. Was involved in an accident with injuries...I'm not a litigious person but the insurance company for the person who hit me in the car accident would not cover my injuries past a 3 month period. I had a really bad slip and fall a couple of years ago and had hired another firm who worked on my case for months. I have numerous injuries from this accident, some permanent and I am still receiving treatment. I thought it would be helpful to those out there looking for an attorney to hear from someone who hasn't had their case settle yet, so it's not like I got a settlement I was thrilled with so now I'm leaving a good review that could be skewed that direction, etc. When I was with my previous firm, I was not happy.
