If I could give 0 stars: I would. Two years of being jerked around and treated like garbage. In the end at 1 month from the statute of limitations on our case they notified me they were dropping the case as they were not successful in litigation. I called so many times to be told I would be called back and would never hear. These people are downright awful and in this situation it was worse for us to deal with them than to deal with our malpractice issue. Do not do it. If you really want to go this route then look elsewhere and save yourself the time and effort that YOU will put out just to keep them doing their job.

The communication essentially stopped after I signed the contract; I had to follow up with them for every update, and my inquiries were either dismissed or ignored. Their lack of professionalism was shocking, and to be honest, the endless 5-star reviews feel bought—my experience was nothing like that.

Incredibly hard to receive updates. Emails and phone calls were ignored for weeks. I felt totally unaware of my predicament. Lack of concern or urgency. In spite of the dazzling ratings, the service was unresponsive and annoying. I wouldn't advise someone in need of trustworthy legal assistance to use this firm.
