The communication essentially stopped after I signed the contract; I had to follow up with them for every update, and my inquiries were either dismissed or ignored. Their lack of professionalism was shocking, and to be honest, the endless 5-star reviews feel bought—my experience was nothing like that.

Incredibly hard to receive updates. Emails and phone calls were ignored for weeks. I felt totally unaware of my predicament. Lack of concern or urgency.
