Jordan Is Amazing. Even though he doesn't handle the type of case that I need help with, he still talked to me for a good while to make sure I had the right people to contact to get help! My neighbor was hit from behind on I-25 at Castle Rock and it made me think what I would do in that situation. So I called Travis Legal Offices to find out what people should really do after a car wreck because I had no clue. He walked me through the entire process. Do not move your vehicle unless you have to. Obtain the other person's insurance information. Photograph all damage. Even if you do not feel injured, go see a doctor as some injuries may take days or weeks to present themselves.
One piece of information that stuck in my mind was when he described how insurance adjuster's are trained to contact you within 48 hours of an accident and obtain statements from you which can ultimately harm your claim later. I had no idea. I stored his number in my phone and encouraged my children to store it as well. If you travel the I-25 corridor between Denver and Colorado Springs, you should know this law firm exists before you need to use their service

In 2018, I broke my neck when a truck ran a red light and T-boned my rental car.
