I hired Attorney Scott for a U.S. legal matter and was very happy with the outcome. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and clear throughout the entire process. I hired Scott trout to file a quite title action for three properties and Mr trout filed all of the lawsuits ,wrongly, and did not serve the interested parties! Consequently I lost at least 6000.00 dollars because I have to hire someone else to file the lawsuits correctly! I applied for title insurance for all three properties but no title insurance company in Arkansas would issue me title insurance based on Mr Scott trout's frivolous lawsuits that serve no purpose since the titles of the properties still had a cloud over the properties title ! I asked Mr trout for my $ 6,000.00 dollar refund but he refused to give me back my money! It looks like I will have to sue Mr Scott trout since his quite title lawsuits did not enable me to get title insurance and sell my properties bought at the tax sale !!
