I would like to hear from you regarding your experience as I care about these and take them seriously. I do have concerns about the validity as no name to contact and people, and even competing businesses, will leave negative reviews. The receptionist was very rude a few times I was speaking she hung up on me and had a very bad attitude she has very bad customer service skills and should work on them or be spoken to about the situation she doesn’t seem to care about what people have to say or ask by all the reviews I’ve read it seems I’m not the only one she’s had a bad attitude with

I worked with Troy Lee since he was the person the court appointed me to. Troy was great and answered all my questions and was very professional. He even got my SOC dropped from 12 months to 6 months. I would highly recommend. Great attorney to work with.

The front desk receptionist is the worst person who could ever answer calls I’ve read many reviews on how bad she is and I will confirm it’s just as terrible as the reviews say. I hope the office reads this because she should not answer or help clients with her attitude

We are aware of the conflict and will speak to her as far as our end as we do want to provide customer service. As a practical matter, it does behoove all callers to businesses to not name call and berate any of staff. It does cause these issues and they do work hard

I highly recommend Troy Lee. I had called over 10 attorneys and majority gave me false information and couldn't help. Troy actually knew what he was talking about and handled my case effectively and efficiently in a timely manner. There are alot of attorneys that just flat out don't know the law or what they are talking about but Troy is not one of them. Thank you again!

Went to Troy Lee and associates to vacate my past criminal record and get mine and my husband’s firearm rights back. He was helpful always letting me know along the way what was going on and made it a very seamless process. Highly recommend he does all the hard work for you.
