Secretary is super rude, even in person. What does a person have to do to have someone call them back!? 2 weeks, 8 voicemails later and still nothing...
EDIT- called you today troy. Was told you don't remember asking me to call you and didn't take my call.

I would like to hear from you regarding your experience as I care about these and take them seriously. I do have concerns about the validity as no name to contact and people, and even competing businesses, will leave negative reviews. Went to Troy Lee and associates to vacate my past criminal record and get mine and my husband’s firearm rights back. He was helpful always letting me know along the way what was going on and made it a very seamless process. Highly recommend he does all the hard work for you.
Troy has helped me on 2 occasions and I can’t speak enough good about him. Great pricing and he knows his stuff when it comes to the law! Thanks again Troy!
What could have been a mean spirited charge was negotiated to a minor task being assigned by the prosecutor and the charge completely dismissed because of Troy’s expertise and knowledge. Troy is a great attorney and knows his stuff
The receptionist was very rude a few times I was speaking she hung up on me and had a very bad attitude she has very bad customer service skills and should work on them or be spoken to about the situation she doesn’t seem to care about what people have to say or ask by all the reviews I’ve read it seems I’m not the only one she’s had a bad attitude with

I have spoken to that staff member and would like to hear your side as I take reviews seriously. As far as the office is aware, you called to make an appointment with your attorney and an appointment was promptly made and no argument occurred. You can contact me at the main office number.
Mr. Lee is professional and highly competent, but he is also kind and super helpful! He was my lawyer nearly 20 years ago and did an amazing job. Just recently I needed to reach back out to him for help with some documentation and he was beyond generous with his time and expertise. He got me on the right track and saved the day. Thank you again!
Public defender. Saw all reviews and he seems to be good if hired (Troy Lee) but in a public defense case he seems annoyed , just telling whats obvious to do, and not really talking everything through or hearing the story or being friendly, unlike a public lawyer for another case i had who went above and beyond. Im a personality based person, and with out that, I dont feel he went the extra mile, and I have heard many felt the same way when it comes to him. Please be more involved with your client, they are deserving of as much help as any other person who did have the funds to help. A hello on call and cheerful rather then “Uh yeah?” when answering calls would be great too.

I take all reviews seriously as I personally care about the job I do for my clients. You do not seem to be a client of mine (nor my firms). Actually, Dazai Osamu is a Japanese author from the 1900's, later to be turned into a ficitional character from an anime series so that is not your name. <br>Courts do use a lot of attorneys to keep up with caseloads as well as attorney shortages. If you wish to speak to me directly, you can give my office a call.
I worked with Troy Lee since he was the person the court appointed me to. Troy was great and answered all my questions and was very professional. He even got my SOC dropped from 12 months to 6 months. I would highly recommend. Great attorney to work with.

Definitely did not want to do. His job wasn't trying to do. His job didn't get my case. Nowhere tried to argue with me during a meeting.

I personally reviewed your complaint However, you are not a client of our office. Often because of attorney demands, courts appoint outside counsel. I can pass on any concerns though to other attorneys if you want to contact our office
The front desk receptionist is the worst person who could ever answer calls I’ve read many reviews on how bad she is and I will confirm it’s just as terrible as the reviews say. I hope the office reads this because she should not answer or help clients with her attitude

We are aware of the conflict and will speak to her as far as our end as we do want to provide customer service. As a practical matter, it does behoove all callers to businesses to not name call and berate any of staff. It does cause these issues and they do work hard
