This firm failed to identify the court of jurisdiction for my claims, despite being told several times that I was bound by mandatory arbitration. They additionally billed for time without any work product. Research with no notes, taking notes that when requested to provide later wouldn’t, and several partner file audits for my small employment case, which they would not later explain. I had to lodge formal ethics complaints and submit my fees for arbitration. I want to remind the public checking Google reviews that ethics disputes are a way to address serious issues in representation and help future clients. The process is straightforward. Got told in our initial consult that we had a "smoking gun" and the case was strong. Then get assigned to another lawyer that seemed to have no idea what was going on the entire time dealing with her. End up with a bill for around the same as we got back from the party we sued. Waste of time and not worth the aggravation dealing with these people.

Worst lawyer firm to deal with rude charges u for nothing

This law firm did nothing for me in court reguarding child support. In the begining it sounded good. You have to pay to talk to someone 200-300 dollars. Retainer was 4000 dollars. No progress or changes. I mean what was the point for hiring a lawyer. I ended up petitioning again and representing myself. Was able to to accomplish much more than these people ever did. Thank you for your service.

My lawyer is Brittany Forrester, she is absolutely awesome, smart, and very knowledgeable about the Law. It’s definitely not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
