Do Not Use This Firm! I strongly advise against using this firm, and I am leaving a negative review. The firm was more interested in settling my case quickly than in doing the work needed to maximize a settlement. They urged me to settle right away, which would have given me significantly less payout. They avoided addressing my specific legal concerns and questions, which left me feeling unheard, and caused unnecessary delays. Most importantly, my interactions with them were concerningly unprofessional. They were verbally short and dismissive and used words and actions that were extremely disrespectful, and made it clear they were annoyed and put-out. Moreover, they did not prepare me for mediation or for trial! I asked when I first engaged with them how I would be prepared - they said not to worry - that by the time we got to mediation and trial, I would be well prepared by the attorney. I was not. Instead, they forwarded video for me to watch - and that was it! I had to go to YouTube to learn how to prepare myself. The lack of respect and their lack of professionalism led me to feel re-victimized by the people who were supposed to represent my interests. I hope others choose not to use this firm so they don't have to go through a similar awful experience.

I called this law firm as a trafficking survivor with ongoing safety concerns. I was promised by the legal assistant that an attorney would call me back the next day, that the SA attorney was in depositions but my case was important someone was calling me back. A WEEK LATER with NO COMMUNICATION and I had to deal with a defense investigator, two other district attorneys offices ALONE I decided to call back because I need help urgently still… I got the runaround from a desk clerk yesterday she said someone would call me today. I called again today to make sure- she promised an attorney would call me… 4pm I decided to call again and got the runaround. This is INTAKE. The legal assistant called me back and said she’s sorry the attorney was in depositions all week… too late. A week went by without any contact from this law firm after telling them how urgent my situation was and them acting like they understood. I’m surprised by how I was treated when their site promises help and care for people like me with so many good reviews from so many clients yet my trafficking and civil rights case wasn’t a priority. If you’re a SA survivor seeking representation I would go somewhere else. Their reception process in my experience leaves much room for improvement in communication.

Mrs Turley was so incredibly nice and even offered up her cell # for me to contact her without me even considering asking. What normal person wants to bother a very busy person on their cell when a returned message would be sufficient enough? Now, the young lady that answers the phone, needs to work on her Customer Service Skills and her delivery, WOW!

My family had a great experience working with Linda. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had. So grateful for all of her help!

Building is older 1970’s maybe, very well maintained you can find lots of lawyers and lots of therapists here.

My son was a victim of sexual assault, and I turned to Turley Law Firm for help in seeking financial compensation for the trauma he endured. Sadly, hiring them turned out to be a serious mistake. I provided every piece of evidence they requested and repeatedly submitted clear proof of what happened. Despite this, the firm failed to move the case forward. Worse still, communication was almost nonexistent. For months, I received little to no updates—only to be told, after six months, that they would not be pursuing the case. This decision was made even though the perpetrator was convicted. This response raises serious concerns about the firm’s stance on child abuse cases. It’s not just disappointing—it’s unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone against hiring this firm.

Does not actually offer consultation the receptionist asked for information to send to attorney to review and decide if they will call back.? On cases involving sensitive information this not very helpful.
