A great divorce attorney is talented at both financial and parenting issues, and Mark Cassell is fantastic at both. On the financial side, Mark helped negotiate a deal that was very beneficial to me without going to trial, which was an amazing feat since my ex-spouse was difficult at every turn. For me though, the final parenting plan and time with my children was the most important part of this process, and I couldn’t have found a better attorney for this aspect than Mark. My ex-spouse demanded a parenting trial, and Mark’s preparation and courtroom skills led to an overwhelming win at the trial! Because I was constantly dealing with issues from a difficult ex-spouse, Mark was extremely patient with all my questions. Mark and the Twyford Team were always out-pacing my ex-spouse’s attorney. He would respond to my questions and issues on the weekends and late at night. He would take time out of his own family time to discuss issues with me after the kids had gone to bed. When an issue arose over a weekend that I had no idea how to handle, Mark took time out of his own weekend to guide me through the incident, which ultimately helped a great deal at trial. His quick responsiveness on issues led to beneficial outcomes so many times! No one wants to go through this process, but if you have to, Mark Cassell is the attorney you want. I’ve recommended him to everyone I know going through this ordeal. He was kind, patient, and quick to respond, and he was also brilliant in the courtroom during all my hearings and the final trial. The next chapter of my life has been great, and I owe most of that to Mark and his team!
