Danny Egan was one of two involved in selling us our new car. He's very professional and by the book but also very friendly. he makes you feel like you're important. He's a no BS kind of guy as far as I'm concerned we know Nissan is the way to go thank you very much I'm telling all my friends.
Cant say enough great things about my experience purchasing a new 2026 Nissan Kicks S AWD yesterday! Deion, Roberto and Bradly were wonderful and made the purchasing experience enjoyable. I drove over 4 hours from Elko, NV to purchase a vehicle and have no regrets, I LOVE my new Nissan! Thank you United Nissan Reno!
My experience at Nissan Reno was extremely disappointing. During what should have been a straightforward discussion, I felt that salesperson David Lee was unprofessional and disrespectful. While trying to negotiate and go back and forth on a deal, the conversation became uncomfortable, and I felt that inappropriate comments were directed toward my son. One remark that particularly stood out was being told to "go back to mummy with your dilemma," which we found rude and unnecessary.
Customer service and professionalism are important when making a major purchase, and unfortunately, this experience fell well below my expectations. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend this dealership
I tried getting a quote on a 2025 Nissan Versa SR asking for a better price, genuinely ready to purchase a car, but the salesman David Lee he seemed a little hot as you can see by the screenshots, this isn’t how you treat someone trying to buy a new car from your lot, Nissan used to be a great brand with good values selling great cars such as Nissan Skyline R34 Nissan 300sx newer models such as Nissan Altima SR in the 2010s had a jump from a smaller engine to the 3.5L that’s what makes that SR badge (Sport-Rally) now how does a car that have the same base model specs advertising premium add ons such as: Remote key start, heated steering and heated seats (which most cars have on their base model options), is jacked up in price when the only difference is a badge? In all honesty Nissan still makes decent cars but they are no longer the cheapest, the most reliable or the safest,
they are nothing but a low end car brand.
In conclusion if you choose to buy a Japanese car stop at Honda mazda or Toyota before you end up in this hell hole!
Amazing experience. The customer service here has been incredible and this is my first full year being with Nissan. Any questions you have about getting a new/used car or making appointments for any car service are handled expertly. I originally went in to get a quote for lower payments via refinancing and the car agent Edgar has been a massive help to me during this experience. Instead of refinancing he was able to help with a much better option that saved me more money as well as leave with a new car with barely an increase to my payments. Thank you for your assistance during my visit.
Purchased a new Pathfinder from United Nissan Reno last week and I LOVE IT!! This was the best experience I've had purchasing a new car. Julian helped me move the car seat for my 1 year old to the Pathfinder so we could go for a test drive and gave my son stickers and toys to play with while we processed all the paperwork. I can't emphasize enough how much of a relief it was to be in a dealership where all the staff was so nice and welcoming to my son, they even had a play area with toys!
