I have a difficult case and Unruh tried to help me out.

Afternoon everyone, just want to give a huge thank you to Unruh Law. Specifically Tory Turano. I called and asked if anyone can help my case. I was able to get comfortable and explain everything that has happened to me in the last 7 years after getting out. Being in and out of the hospital for my heart issues. After they heard my story it took about a month in a half to 2 months for them to review my files. I have a massive file with the VA seeking treatment so don’t let that scare you. They did their homework and let me know about things that I didn’t know I could claim. They also took care of all the paperwork as we all know that is very time consuming. After my file was reviewed I was in constant contact with Tory as he guided me through everything that needed to be done. Tory let me know I should be getting phone calls for my exams and they sure do call shortly after he told me. Everything was very smooth. I have been seeking treatment since I left the Army. I thought my case was going to be a long shot but I made it and I can’t thank Tory enough. I’m still in shock. The VA wouldn’t schedule me a C&P exam when I filed on my own. With the help of Tory they had me scheduled and I was seen. I’m literally in disbelief and in tears. I have been fighting this battle for the last 7 years. Depressed and sad that I thought I did everything right. Always took care of my body. After I left the Army I started to just get sick and see my health deteriorated. I should have looked at reviews before I contacted this firm, communication was great at the beginning and was told I would hear back from firm within a couple of days and now it has been a couple of weeks. I guess the law firm does not want to handle my claim, which, as I told Mr. Miller, dealing with agencies and law firms I am not under any delusion that I would probably be screwed over, but a little courtesy would be ok.

I left Unruh’s law practice because their communication is horrible, if they have any. They do not return phones calls or emails. Very, very bad!

My name is Jean Paul and I met John in 2007 when the VA was even worse and there was no one there who cared there were no people , no programs like this and to get disability was almost impossible. I met John through a chance meeting when he was still not where he is now he was just a small time lawyer with a big heart and an even bigger fist. He fought for me so hard and let me tell you something that money changed my life. In fact, I had already given up and Jon had called me over the phone and left me a voicemail telling me not to give up and to call him back. Jon has progressed me from 40% all the way to 100. Yes it took some time But it was worth it. I have never had a worry Jon has gone out of his way for me even when he was trying to help with things he shouldn’t. Most recently now that he’s so busy I haven’t really been able to work with Jon . I had to work with Tory. I was worried because I felt that I was getting pawned off but let me tell you Tory is also bad ass he’s the one that put the cherry on top with my hundred percent.
