Got my first call from the paralegal, long story short she told me she would call me back Monday it’s now Thursday and she still doesn’t have all the info I want her to tell my insurance. I wouldn’t recommend. Don’t even remember her name starts with an L. Unprofessional, everytime I call I get a voicemail. Update: Liz is the paralegals name, a couple of months in and super disappointed in choosing this company to represent me. Run from this law firm.

I would not recommend! The receptionist that connected me to them by the name David he pictured everything beautifully, depreciation of my vehicle etc….and that he was always going to be available. I got tired of waiting for a call back. Very superficial ppl. They just there for their part of the money! Not good!!!! Very unhappy client

This place is horrible, completely unprofessional. They barely greet you when call before putting you on hold for 45 minutes. Enrique is completely unprofessional, with no regards for potential clients, and the girls working there are very rude. I completely DO NOT RECOMMEND trusting this law firm.

From the very beginning of my case all the way through to the end, he was incredibly professional, transparent, and attentive. I had a terrible experience. I was in a car accident; I was driving with my pregnant daughter in the passenger seat. Another driver ran a red light and caused the crash. When we signed the contract with them, they were very friendly, but after that, I never heard from them again. I was the one calling every week, and the therapy sessions were a complete waste of time. It's a business arrangement between them and the therapy center because the more sessions you have, the more your insurance pays, which can reach 10,000. In the end, I decided to change lawyers. Throughout all of this, they never wanted to see me at the office. Every time I said I wanted to see the facilities, they made excuses. Besides that, I spoke with two different people because one of them had been fired. In short, these people are a complete waste of time.

I received excellent service from Ms. Edén Fiallo. I can highly recommend her to other clients because she is an excellent professional. Thank you to everyone, especially Edén Fiallo.
