I was referred to Phil by a friend who had a great experience working with him. I am not typically someone who makes referrals lightly; however, I would confidently and wholeheartedly recommend Phil. From my initial consultation with Phil and his team, I immediately felt comfortable and well cared for. They took the time to thoroughly educate me on the process, set clear expectations regarding timelines, and ensure I understood each step along the way. I always felt informed, supported, and at ease throughout the experience. Phil and his team demonstrate professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for their clients. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking experienced and trustworthy representation.

Contacted this firm several times over the course of over a month! Finally spoke with a paralegal Brooke L. Meyers who asked me many questions and seemed genuinely interested in our case. She then asked me for documents which I sent over. Then I didn't hear from her or anyone for almost 2 weeks!. When I follow up again, she tells me they were updating their systems and that she never received the email, even though I replied directly to her email. No apology! I resend the documents and she confirms receiving them and would discuss the particulars with attorney Valente. Again 2 weeks go by and no communication. So I called today and ask what has happened and that it has been 2 weeks since our last conversation on the 3rd of February. She replies "only a week I was out sick". She then speaks over me and never apologizes for the lack of follow up. I understand people get sick, it happens. But apparently it affected her math and professionalism or lack thereof. From the 3rd of February until today the 18th if February is 15 days, that's 2 weeks and a day!! She then goes on to tell me that the firm only handles medical malpractice cases, not medical abandonment cases( which does fall under "medical malpractice "). If this is any indication of how this law firm handles cases and treats clients, stay away!!! Very unprofessional!!! I would not recommend this law firm!!

If there were 6 stars available, I would give 10! I had a complex litigation case that required extra work and attention, and he handled it with incredible expertise. Not only did we win the case without any concessions, but his personalized approach made all the difference. Unlike big law firms that lump cases together in a conveyor-belt style, he tailored a strategy specifically for my situation and kept me informed every step of the way.
