UPDATE: After posting this honest review, Brody then sued me for defamation/libel. I responded to the courts and submitted a Motion to Dismiss and proof that my review was honest (18 pages total), to which he had 14 days to respond to the courts and he did not. The case was dismissed with prejudice on 10/4/ 2024. On 11/22/2024, 7 weeks after this matter was put to rest, he randomly went to my Google business page (he never had ANY dealings with my business in any manner) and wrote a 1 star review and "Avoid at all costs".
Unprofessional and apathetic. Overpromises and then rarely follows through, instead making excuses and postpones or cancels. 7 months of my time has been wasted. Do yourself a favor and find a lawyer who will actually fight for you and stand in your corner. Brody won't.

had a great experience with brody. i worked with another lawyer at the firm that had quit and accepted another job and communication dropped off but brody picked up my case and went above and beyond to get me my money back!

Helpful and friendly. Ben Jensen is willing to update you and by responsive to questions. It was as pleasure and though i hope to have no need to work with him in the future, he would be my first call if neccisary.

Ben Jensen has been an absolute pleasure to work with, he is very knowledgeable and professional, he kept me in the loop about everything, he was very detailed, and I have and will continue to recommend him to other people, he was fair and affordable with regards of what I needed done.
Brody has been awesome to work with, easy to talk to and put everything in plain terms that I could understand. I had originally called one of the bigger firms in Utah only to be denied after 3 months of waiting for a response. Valerga Lawyers took my case handled everything and helped me get all that I asked for. Call him first you won't regret it.
