I am very disappointed with this firm. It took several emails, texts and phone calls to even have someone contact me back. I finally was able to set up a consultation, and when Mr. Firkins called, the paralegal had given me the incorrect time so I was left feeling scattered and unprepared. I was told by the paralegal that Mr. Firkins would only call if he felt there was a case, but when I spoke with him, I felt like I was being talked down to and wasting his time. Not impressed.

Unfortunately, my experience with John Stocks was disappointing. I didn't feel properly supported or heard, and communication was often unclear. His impatience in listening, combined with an aggressive and dismissive attitude toward my requests, made an already unprofessional process even more stressful. I do not recommend him.

This attorney actually disclosed information to another attorney to harm me, and this firm withheld my judgement from me for more than a year and left me to handle getting it back from VSF who kept my settlement money!!!!! CAUTION WITH THIS FIRM

Did a consultation with Jeffrey Musto, he asked me to gather documents and I spent time doing that. I sent it to him and he never got back to me. I followed up several times and never heard back! Very unprofessional! I don't recommend him or this firm.
