I’m trying to understand how your firm maintains 5‑star reviews when I’ve been calling for the last four weeks with no follow‑up. Every time I reach Hanna, she says she will call back, but I never receive a return call. Today I was placed on hold for five minutes and then hung up on. Vargas Gonzalez, this has been extremely frustrating. No one called me for my scheduled appointment — I had to keep calling and leaving messages. I finally received a call from you, but I missed it because no one told me what time you would be calling.
