Most unprofessional service I have ever used. The lawyer will only meet with you once when they discuss your case and take your money, after that you will be in the dark. You will have to deal with staff member that don't know the job. When you leave a message for the attorney or the staff tells you that the attorney will call you, it will never occur. You bill will grow and no services will be preformed. I hard to hire someone else to do the job. Don't waste your time or money.

I hired them to contact a third party insurance company(Allstate car insurance) to receive the correct payout, I wasn’t at fault, and Allstate insurance deduct my payout from towing services and storage fees. Varlack promise to contact Allstate to dispute the amount, and will give me a happy result. This should be an easy case since I wasn’t at fault, and the insurance company should be fully responsible for my lost. I didn’t receive any payment but spend a little over $600 for hiring the legal services to make few phone calls. No result. Waste of time and money. Lesson learned. Never use this legal service nor refer them to anyone.

Had one of the most boring and detailed paper work process to getting a free consultation. Still after submitting the consultation application I called 2-3 times but couldn’t even get a response or review of my case. Most legal firms try to put their best foot forward; this one left me with the impression that they don’t give a damn. It doesn’t mean they’re not good in court, I didn’t get to evaluate that.
